財務報告の正確性を確保することは、株主をはじめとする利害関係者の依頼を得て、事業を拡大・発展させていくための必須条件である」という認識のもとに、内部統制の継続的改善に努める。

私達はこの理念を具体化するため以下の事項を行う。

1.全体的な内部統制の対象範囲が株式会社TBK、東京精工株式会社、ティービーアール株式会社、TBKグループの財務報告に対する利害関係者の依頼を高めるため、内部統制活動を行う。

2.内部統制マネジメントシステムを有効に活用し、財務上の不正・誤謬の予防及び継続的改善を行う。

3.内部統制関連の法令および社内規則を遵守する。

4.内部統制方針を基に実行計画を策定し、具体的展開を行い、定期見直しを実施する。

5.適用範囲は全社的な内部統制、IT全般統制及び以下の業務プロセス等とする。
